Lahcen Daoudi, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur de la Recherche scientifique et de la formation des Cadres, de Mrs Yahaya Baaré Haoua Abdou, Ministre du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat du Niger and under the prestigious presence of the Honoray Chairman Grand Prince Michel KARATCHEVSKY.
