F.O.R.C.E. Foundation... the overwhelming presence through the African continent

Presidential allocution :

The creation of the Euro-African Foundation is part of a larger initiative to reaffirm, enhance and tighten still closer the ties of solidarity and cooperation between the African countries under the Foundation’s shade, through channels of peaceful cultural exchange and lasting friendly relationships. The plan is to be part if not the pioneer for the promotion of Science-sharing all through the African Continent. This huge enterprise answers the need to reinforce the urge for solidarity, extend cooperation between the participating countries and discover new means for the expansion of lasting partnership and peaceful exchange of knowledge and science. The major perspectives of the plan are to progressively allow the growth and increase of a net based on cultural exchange, on formation and research, which up-to-date prove to be inalienable and keys factors to face the international challenge and demands.

In initiating such a big plan with the vision focusing on the enterprise, the Foundation reaffirms its will to voluntarily be one of the best tools and sure means to promote the inter-action between the socio-professional circles and the different actors leading research, educational and cultural activities.

Through the end result of such anticipations becoming reality, I’m convinced the Foundation will once again prove the rightness of the participative approach to be the ultimate if not the only means to stand up the modern world’s aggressive challenge.

If I comply today to assume this responsibility and agree to the title of “presidency of honor”, that’s because I’m profoundly convinced the Foundation will honestly strive to enlighten still clearer its duties and responsibilities in its endeavor to elevate Morocco’s prestige still higher, still farther, under the perspectives of peace, friendship and lasting cooperation.

The Euro-African Foundation for Research, Culture and Education, Fo.R.C.E was created consequently according to the Free Intercontinental University/ Sup’management’s initiative with the firm purpose to promote and maintain peaceful and lasting cultural ties all across and even over the African boundaries, to raise Morocco’s prestige and prove its determination to create in the name of science and education the right channels strong enough to sustain the load of today’s and tomorrow’s challenges and responsibilities. The Foundation’s deepest convictions relate to the necessities to create binding links between the theoretical views, concepts and formulas taught inside classes and the real industrial life outside and abroad. Convictions based on a strong belief that education remains the key factor for the creation and upbringing of tomorrow’s societies in a world market living and suffering constant turmoil.

The Force Foundation’s will and determination are constant and firm and they focus primarily on:

• Developing the educational system through support actions such as studies projects, research and investigations and entrepreneurial procedures;
• The growth, expansion and increase of a stable and everlasting education, social insertion and a large culture broadcasting;
• The socio-economic intensification through shared parallel interactions with the socio-economic actors.

Let us react together to reunite the good will and lasting initiatives for an enduring growth and permanent development.

The Foundation activities :

1. FORCE EDUCATION:

Educational Development :

• Close supervision of the network of FIU (Free Intercontinental University) departments and educational system;
• Internships and recycling programs for the benefits of the staff (teachers and officials alike);
• Multi-languages programs heaving up the standards of knowledge in such languages as Arabic, Spanish, French and English;
• Provisions for studies abroad
• Substantial support for the needy and the best students wishing to access higher levels either academic or professional.

Permanent education, professional and social insertion :

• A non-stop progressive recycling periods for the teaching and administrative staff
• A non-stop progressive ‘make ready’ to face the professional and social worlds
• A non-stop progressive recycling courses for job reintegration;
• Legal Diplomas valid and honored through the international academic net.

Campus construction :

• A fully provided and equipped University campus along with the necessary and needed structures.

• Documentation and support Centers, data banks, Internet on the web
• Literature publishing with periodical add-ons, multimedia products.

Socio-economic development :

• The International “sum up for the enterprise” gathering support for national or bi-lateral common projects and introducing to jobs resources;

Deontology rules :

1. These rules to clearly attest and testify to the fact that the Foundation acts under a philanthropic urge in close relationship with economical, social and cultural principles and deontology.
2. The members of the Administration Counsel and the waves of the Foundation’s volunteers are expected to obey and respect de Foundation’s rules and stick with this spirit in their management and in their relationship with all the donators. They must act with prompt efficiency, integrity and equity.
3. The Foundation digs its path according to the principles of rigorous management and all of its undertakings and accomplishments comply with the rules of legal administrative practices.
4. The Foundation’s relationship with its donators follows equally the same rules and principles of privacy and confidentiality and great attention paid to assure the freedom of choice for any sponsored project or activity
5. The Foundation agrees to and sponsors any activity subscribing to its quest according to the criteria stated by its Administrative Counsel and equally according to the possibilities of the factual budget.
